Project Manager (T26 Government Sector / IT Security)

Selected candidates will be assigned to work in a government department for a digital identity system, which consists of cloud-based back-end systems and mobile app. The CPM will lead a team to coordinate with different parties including operation and support teams of the System to ensure service quality and compliance to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ISO/IEC 27701:2019, and ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018.

Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for the project management and coordinate with various parties such as contractors, operation and support teams to implement ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ISO/IEC 27701:2019, and ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 for the system
• To liaise and work with the contractors, operation and support teams to provide audit support for obtaining certifications of the relevant ISO/IEC standards
• To plan, design, coordinate, and review the adoption of processes and controls in consultation with the contractors, the operation and support teams to ensure the daily operations are in compliance with the relevant ISO/IEC standards
• To resolve potential conflicts among the participating parties providing resolutions
• To carry out any other activities which are necessary for supporting the services and operations of the System as assigned by the supervisors;
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisors

Requirement:

• Diploma / High Diploma / Degree holder or above in IT or Computer Science related subjects
• At least two years experience in each of the following aspects
  • (a) project management
  • (b) IT Service Management System (ITSMS), Information Security Management System (ISMS) or Privacy Information Management System (PIMS)
  • (c) cyber security, risk management or privacy compliance
  • (d) IT operation
• Experience in supervising a team of two members or abov
• Good command in spoken Cantonese, written Chinese, as well as spoken and written English
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good decision making and problem solving skills
• Certifications in information security (e.g. CCSP, CIPT, CIPM, CISM, CISA, CISSP, and ITIL)
• Experience in managing audit-related assignments and cyber security assessments such as ISO 27001/ ISO 20000-1 internal/external audits, Security Risky Assessment and Audit, Privacy Impact Assessment and Privacy Compliance Audit
• Experience in working with accredited certification body
