Job Description

• Coordinate, monitor and implement IT solutions in the development of electronic Health Record (eHR) project.
• Liaise with users to collect, analyze and finalize requirement specifications and overall design of the application systems.
• Provide consultancy based on IT and industry expertise.
• Enforce security control within different components of eHR project.
• Ensure quality assurance, define support needs for users and provide expert level support.
• Supervise team of analyst programmers and programmers and monitor progress for the different stages of application development including planning, design, development, testing, implementation and review.
• Provide capacity planning and resources sizing.
• Proper handling of change requests, review of standards and guidelines.
• Provide high level system analysis, problem diagnosis and solving.
• Ensure smooth systems operation by monitoring systems health, performance, batch processing and supporting facilities around the clock.
• Evaluate, recommend and assist procurement processes for required hardware, software or services.
• Conduct feasibility study including recommendations for new IT system solutions.
• Lead the on-going application support, maintenance and enhancements.

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
• 6 years of experience or above on mobile / web development
• Experience in mobile app development and deployment using ReactNative
• Experience in cloud development using AWS, Openshift
• Knowledge in Agile development framework using Scrum
