In face of the Covid-19 pandemic, pounded with local economic and social unrests, big companies are cutting back on staff, while the SMEs are fighting for survival.  Hong Kong has seen its highest unemployment rate in more than a decade. 

Aiming to offer help, support and guidance to job seekers, our sister company, PERSOLKELLY Consulting Hong Kong (PCG) ran a series of complimentary “Career Transformation” webinars in June 2020, as a part of its creating shared value initiatives (CSVi).  The webinar has helped job seekers to look after themselves emotionally, and to provide processes and skills to help them identify a clearer career direction.
