Job Descriptions:

• - In charge of the assigned activation campaign, collaborate with stakeholders including brand marketing, SIBI, sales, agencies, etc. to deploy the campaign on time. Develop POS materials with accordance to brand and legal guidelines; follow through the process from material production to installation; detail-minded budget management to achieve accurate forecast.
   
• - Collect relevant data from multiple sources and independently generate analysis on program effectiveness against pre-defined KPIs and ROI. Regular sharing of program review with identified insights and recommendations for improvement.
   
• - Enhance merchandising quality by developing guidelines and tools; collaborate with field force to secure compliance of merchandising standard.
• Digital trade platform content management and maintenance. Work with multiple parties on function upgrade.
   
• - Handling administrative marketing processes such as procurement, tools maintenance request, ad-hoc operational needs, etc.

Requirements:

• - Diploma or above in marketing or business 
• - 2-4 years’ experience in marketing
• - Fluent in English (both speaking and writing) & Cantonese, Mandarin
• - Proficient in MS Word and Excel; Chinese word processing
• - Well-organized, responsible and willing to learn
• - Open-minded, curious, willing to learn
• - Able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders
