Mobile Analyst Programmer

The selected candidate will be assigned to work for Provision of mobile application (app) and web services development and maintenance.

 Responsibilities:

• Mobile application (app) and web services development/maintenance for Government
• to liaise with other B/Ds  to collect and analyse user requirements, design technical solutions, participate in mobile app development, testing, quality assurance and documentation activities
• to design, implement, test and maintain mobile apps, app modules and web services for Government
• to implement initiatives for the promotion and adoption of mobile apps including but not limited to running hotline services, responding to public enquiry

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma and bachelor’s degree in computer science or Information Technology
• At least 4 years solid working experience in IT application 
• Solid mobile app development skills in iOS and Android platforms using Objective C or Java or Swift
• Application development and maintenance experiences include Java
• Working experience in user liaison and coordination
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• hard working, independent and self-motivated with positive attitudes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
