Our clients, stable Japanese electronics company, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Purchase Officer.

Job Description

- Handle the PO, invoice and quotation to ensure smooth operation           
- Communication with customer and factories in various counties
- Coordinate with logistics departments to ensure on-time delivery
- Assist in ad-hoc duties

Requirements

- Tertiary education
- 1 years sales coordinator / logistics / supply chain management related working experiences is highly preferable
- Fresh Grad WELCOME
- Good command in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Japanese (N2 or above)
- Cheerful, proactive and willing to communicate people
